Height of platform

Height of platform with respect to foot board of train is very low on platform no :3 at ghatkopar station, mumbai., eldely people finds difficult to board on train.i i think while resurfacing the track of platform no 3, inspection department does not have time to check all the parameters rather it is not important for them to maitain standards, this can happen in india only
