Irregularity in service

Thane local train starts from thane at 08.29am to cst comes from CAR SHADE KALWA .It always full of passenger when enters at Thane station. I surprised to see how the passengers are allowed to board in CAR SHADE KALWA.Why train stops in between CAR SHADE &Thane station. I feel some technical steps should be taken so that train can not stop between Thane& car shade kalwa.
