Complaint against cti mr achkapure

I have launch a complaint against Mr Achkapure on 16.02.2012. my complaint no is 026211. according to your office staff, they said u will get status before 16.03.12 but i didn't get the status till the date, when I visit the cti office they said that's not our duty, u ask to commercial department, after that when I visit the commercial dep, they reapplied that we not received the complaint from cti office, I cant understand that where should I get the status of my complaint, my cell no is (09370733600) and the address is Vishwas bedekar, 49 bhagwan nagar, post parwati nagar, Nagpur 440027
