Arrogant and Indisciplined behaviour with public

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to highlight that staff in the ticket counter for long distance train traveling of dombivli station are very arrogant and rude in behaviour with the public. This is annoying since poeple working in public service department should respect the people they serve. I am a software engineer with a well repsected MNC and it was annoying to find this incident. It happend that the cost of my ticket that i booked was INR 418 and gave the staff whose name is Ms Ranjini Yadav INR 500. She refused to give me the balance amount and instead asked me to bring the balance from where i have bought these hundred notes. Such an arrogant statement made me realise that people who work in public service department should the people they serving for and should be sof spoken. I have a huge faith in Indian Governance and being a responsible citizen i feel this should be highlighted. I hope there would be some thoght process put in to improve and make the staff more disciplined thereby enabling people to have trust on Indian Railways.
