Pathetic Servicing

This has regard to my car service i had send it to Basant Motors in cp and i m really disatisfied as before giving i clearly told tehm that i have no problem in my car bt after the servicing the gears became so hard that i was not able to drive properly. I m really diappointed and want to hear from some one from maruti at the earliest
