Unprofessional service

The most unprofessional people. They brought 2 daily wages labourers who did all the packing. They were paid just 100 Rs each by the company. They dumped all the goods inside carton without considering what should go where (liquid, fragile items etc) while other person pasted the tape around. At booking time they promised to send a carpenter and an electrician for A/C (for extra charge). But they did not send any and I had to arrange removing the A/C at last moment. They did not open the sofa set, loaded into the truck without packing it despite my requesting them and finally the sofa set got big scratches. When I called and talked to their MD over phone, he kept on saying that he wont reduce a single paisa from the charge. Driver asked extra money for lunch, and kept on asking more tip even after those scratches. Very ill-mannered staff, unprofessional and shameless.
