Dear sir,

SUB;Request Refund-Extra Fare of RS.1037

Ref;Receipt No.430963 dated 27-5

PNR No.4530398400 From Devakottai Road to Chennai.

I wish to inform you that, I had traveled on 27-5 from Devakottai Road to Chennai. I had bought an E-Ticket on 25-5 (a copy of the above ticket has been enclosed) My above ticket was confirmed on 27-5 at 18.00hrs. My car driver Mr. Pandi handed over the above ticket on 27-5 at 21.00hrs at Devakottai Road railway station.

One Mr. V.Punniya Moorthy-TTE of Train No.6102 has checked my ticket and he has asked for my ID Proof, at that material time I dont have ID Proof and I told him that I will produce the proof within 48 hrs, but i had show my ICIC BANK LTD original cheque book and my a/c no.605401128538 in Devakottai branch in favour of my name. Your TTE Mr. V.Punniyamoorthy has refused to accept it, and he demanded Rs.1000/- as a bribe. I refused to give bribe him Rs.1, 000/- so he asked me to get down at PUDUKOTTAI

station immediately, otherwise he asked me to pay RS.1037-he harassed me and treated me very badly. Being I am a Malaysian citizen, I dont have any other ID Proof with me at that time and no other alternative way, so i had paid Rs.1037/-by cash and received receipt for that (copy of the receipt enclosed)

Please refund Rs.1037/immediately before further action.

Take notice failing which, I will refer this to the higher authorities and also I will publish this in all international New Papers.
