Stepny not properly fitting

I purchase the chervolet spark in sep.2009 I go for second servining in kolhapur spark customer care centre. I meet to service manager Mr. Bhosele

to complaint Stapeny Tyre will be not proper fitted due to fitting arangement is wrong, and not a proper. Then second complaint will be gear ajustment is not properly. all above the complaints are said to service manager. Mr. Bhoseley
