I have booked new Chevrolet Beat with Regent Automobiles (Mathura Road) on 19th Jan. they have committed a delivery time of 7 days or even earlier. They have not delivered it on the committed date (26 Jan) and when we ask they say that because of holidays and other reason it get delays and will be able to deliver it on 4th Feb.

When we called them on 4th Feb they come up with a new story that the truck stuck at Haryana and will be able to deliver in another 1-2 days time today is 6th Feb and still truck does not moves from Haryana.

I think delivery DNA is not there in chevrolet dealers across read same complaints about other chevy dealers. It really worries me, if such will be the case then what happens to the services.
