CAR WIND SCREEN IS CRACKED

I purchased this vehicle CHEVROLET BEAT ON 20TH MAY and I am not happy by the company policy, when I purchase this vehicle from the company there was no rear wiper in the car and I complaint to local dealer and he replayed, you should check it before, after 20 days my car's wind screen was cracked without hitting anything on it, and I again complaint that to the local dealer but again he replayed that we can not do any thing on this matter you have to purchase new wind screen by your own and we will take extra charges to fix it up.

This is my problem please help me on this matter.
