I gave my car for 5000 kms service on 10/01. I told them about bad fuel efficienty and one tyre loosing pressure very fast. They returned my car after the service telling that all the problems has been fixed. On 14/01 I lost control of my car while driving due to flat front left tyre. Later found that fuel efficienty problem was not fixed too. When I called them today to take the vehicle to fix the problem they refused to do so. I could have got killed due to their negligence. Please ask them to fix the problem they neglected during service.
