Worst service

1.Bought a spark car in 2007 dec..

2.not even 3 years completed, but around a lakh rupees spent for service (NO GOOD WILL CONCESATION SO FAR ON ANY THING)

3.only one service centre in city like coimbatore, due to this the particular service centre is doing on thier own, not even proper response to customer..

4.complaints are never rectified to our satisfactory level..

5.assured mileage was 16.7kmpl, but in this three years either high way or inside city, never crossed 14 kmpl

6.never taken delivery of vehicle after service in time

7. after taken the vehicle from service, i can see the diff only water service, nothing on performance but they charges the service charges more than hyundai santro service..

8. now a days they asking min 3 days for servicing the vehicle which is more irrititating
