My headache starts from the day i bought the spark form GM. It was purchased in may and in after a week its AC went dead. I took the car to service centre there they keep it for 3 days and after that they said it shall be taken to other place since their AC machine is not working. On my fuel cost they took it to the moti nagar service centre. after 2 weeks they released my car. I was promised to offered some accessories with car but like car film and other things are provided after 3 months. Also its central lock went wrong in night it starts alarming itself then I took it to service centre there they repaired it for 2-3 times still if the car goes through some broken road it starts alrming itself. It is very disturbing also the average is very poor it gives 10 km per litre which is not good for its segment cars. I am pissed off by this car. I don’t know what should I do with this car. Instead of comfort this car is a big mess.

It seems that the moment car is out of the showroom, the customer is on its own. There is nothing like after sale service. I never expected such kind of treatment from the world, s best car manufacturer. Now, I don't have any desire to be associated with GM and truly regret my association with GM.I will never suggest anyone to own a GM car.

I am sure, i am not the only one suffering because of their association with GM; there must be many. I sympathise with these people.
