Dear sir,

Today I was promised by your service dealer to replace my 2 tyres but later asked 50% of the cost of that this is totally illegal.

Here I must clear that my problem is promised to be addressed after 7 months and now add to my trauma asking for cost or no replacement of being humiliated and reporting a problem and denied my rights given fake assurances only I am fed up now I have been pushed to last option of filing a suit I have lost faith in your service dept as they are of no use other then ditch and mislead your customers.

Now after my repeated inquiry, was assured to replace 2 totally worn tyres today but when I reached service dealer they simply denied and asked to pay 50% or no replacement

Without any fault on my part I am forced to undergo this humiliation for last six months made to visit dealer more than 20 times without any result and today mr pathak service manager shocked by telling either pay 50% or go home

This is my final notice to you to resolve this matter within seven days or appropriate legal action will be taken solely on your cost and responsibility

I am owner of chevy Spark reg no-HR51AF3060

My car has been serviced all through on or before date as per your schedule still has abnormally worn out tyres

this was reported at your service department at Faridabad they merely did any thing then issuing a letter after

stating it is third party or vendor item.

same four wheels are very well checked by experts from MRF and issued a report clearly stating deficiency on your part

please find reports attached and suggest you to take required actions to resolve this problem within 15 days or I will be forced to take

legal action to recover my loss caused by service department for their deficiency.
