Dear sir,

I would regret to inform you that your car dealership handling my booking of xuv 500 w8, reciept no .684 white colour, which was booked on 30th september in my name Pritesh Deswal, in the early hours of the day, has no response as to when they will diliver the car, inspite of meeting them again and again. Sir I have notified that the same has been dilivered to people. I always wanted white colour from the first day of which I upgraded to w8. At the time of booking I was being told that I was the first one to book the car so how come I have not recieved at least the information as to how much time it's going to take. In this world I think a simple man cannot live with peace how many time I have to keep asking them the same question. Why is it so that I have been waiting for mahindra to launch new suv for which I cancelled my booking for Verna which I would have got by now. Sir please let me know the exact status of my booking. Iam extremly upset by your dealer Shri Durga Delhi. Thanking you.
