Crack of front right side wheel ream

I regret to inform you that in first week of April’2012 I surprised that the front tire air not store and found the ream of alloy steel was cracked one side. I registered my complaint to the Krish Cars Pvt. Ltd.(Solitaire Honda) co Shakti Ind.& Comm. Business Centre, Rajendra Nagar, Dattapada Road, Borivali (E), Mumbai 400 066. Workshop. they are asking us that big stone hammered, I have not intentional stoned the ream but workshop people should ask me as low quality of ream which crack in motion, the workshop manager suggest to claim the insurance, I claimed for the same but the insurance people denied to give insurance amount. Lastly I have to go Ahmedabad I compelled to give amount of 2903 rupees as per the bill no.1200779 dated 16/04 to the Krish Cars Pvt. Ltd.

I am eligible for warranty as one year and also in workshop H mark cap also not found AS it was fitted with wheel while given few replacement and they have denied no cap was there and for new cap you have to pay 1200 rupees. I am as a senior citizen and heart patient I can’t resist and shocked not for money but as a reputation as your brand internationally and was not attitude as your car dealer. I am awaiting your positive response and returned the amount of 2903 rupees.
