NON DELIVERY OF VEHICLE

I have booked a Car Porsche Cayenne Diesel In August I have paid the full and final amount, and i was promised by the Dealer Shreyans Motors Pvt Ltd New Delhi, that the car would be deliver by Feb. Till now i have not been confirmed when the car is going to deliver, even after paying the full and final amount i am still awaiting for the car and Dealer commitments is failing by every week, here we had a contract and i have paid according to the contract the price of the car and according to the contract and email they assured to deliver the car in Feb. but till now they have not fulfilled their promise even after receiving full payment of Rs. 68.81 lacs before Jan. this hinders the reputation of PORSCHE in India. Now I may take suitable legal action against the company M/s Shreyans Motors Pvt Ltd, Delhi. The legal suit be for principal amount as well as Interest.
