Poor response, carelessness

Dear sir,

this is to bring to your notice the cheating and carelessness happening at classic motors, udaipur.my name is gaurav banodha. i bought TATA INDICA DLS (RJ 24 TA 0998) from them in 2009 one day before diwali. my car is still within warranty period but is already consuming oil (1ltr every 300 km) and not giving the averege mentioned in the booklet given and also promised by their salesman.

I HAVE HANDED OVER THE CAR TO CLASSIC MOTORS ON 3/2. ITS 15/2 AND THEY HAVENT EVEN SENT THE REPORT TO HIGHER AUTHORITIES TO GET THE APPROVAL!!!

a car within warranty period shouldnt be consuming so much oil and if it does then we expect tata motors to deal with the matter seriously. but i am sorry to say that the response so far has been ridiculous.

i used the word cheating because they promised us to give a music player along with tha car but they didnt. i am not the only one in mount abu who has suffered at the hands of classic motors. there are a few i know and there must be many i dont know.

i have wasted a lot of time and energy calling them and visiting them. but now i am convinced they are not there to serve and earn but to cheat and make easy money.

please dont trust cheaters to serve your customers.

i just hope that this complaint is taken seriously
