Efund for cancellation of air ticket

We booked a ticket for sri nagar then jammu and delhi on my credit card bank name is hdfc and after 15mns i cancellled the same on same day .the assurance given by cleartrip people was that it will be refunded to my credit card account and it will take atleast 15 working days to get credited in my account since it has been two months when i register ma complain in cleartrip.com those people has not yet taken any action towords my complain .i have already register the complaint thrice and the persons i have spoken and the dates are as follows

(1) cancelled the tickets date and ids are 11th april and ids are mr bk yadav and family (1104101566)

(2) mr naresh sharma and family (1104101563)

(3) mr lal singh santoria and family (1104101547

dates which i have complained it to various persons are

1 mr satish from cleartrip.com on 31st may

2 10th may a person from cleartrip.com

3 8th june to mr kunal dastani from cleartrip.com and same no reply

4 mr sumit rathore from clleartrip.com on 9th of june still no reply

since no one is interested in listen to my complains from cleartrip.com i may request, please take the needful action and refund my money back to my account
