Courier not delivered

Professional courier service consignment no. HYD07994232 dtd 29/04/08 to Mumbai had still not reached the recipient.

This complaint is to highlight that the courier was never dispatched from the initial point inspite of issuing a counterfoil saying that it was clear for same day's dispatch.

The courier company's call center confirmed the same whereas the counter people and the in-charge states that the courier is delivered to the recipient in Mumbai. After repeated calls, their Mumbai Central Office at Chakala also confirmed that there was no dispatch from Hyderabad.

Professional Courier Services is setting the standards on how not to be a courier service. Any help in filing a consumer court case against this company will be of great help.
