Insurance Policy Not Received even after 2 months of renewal

I renewed insurance for my Wagon R VXI BS 3 (DL-2C-AK-6219) in the month of July with the executive of Competetent Automobiles (B.S Nagar). The cheque was also cleared between 13-15th July.

Its been almost 2 months, I have not received my original policy document. I tried reaching their executive several times but he never responded to my calls.

I also called up the showroom several times but they always said that they would convey my message to B.S Nagar and he would call me back..Its been 2 months now and the message still seems to be un-conveyed as I have not receieved any call from him.

I would request people to beware of this showroom and avoid insurance renewals with them.
