Dear Sir,

DO NOT BUY TATA VEHICLES NO GURANTEE AND SERVICE.

I purchased a Tata indicia vista TDI on 2009 December from concord motors NETTOR and I decided to purchase it from concord motors only because of it is 100 percent Tata subsidiary showroom .after passing 5 months from the date of purchase the vehicle started showing minor complaints like tight on gear nobe, horn problems slight difference in pick up etc my service was very prompt even on each service they given me different explanations for those problems and offered check -up to these problems. But also still now after ONE YEAR PROBLEMS ARE DOUBLEING aand FINALLY MY MAJOR COMPLAINT IS THIS >>>> after completing 10 months after purchase my vehicle started RUSTING PROBLEMS (COMPLETE RUSTING)(think about the quality of metals used) like diesel leaking two times and also front grill engine supporter also rusted fully (I HAD DONE ANTI RUSTING COATING AT THE BEGINNING OF DELIVIRY OF MY VEHICLE) now I am telling about the service of concord motors>>>>>. After submitting my vehicle ON SHOWROOM for my complaint it taken 34 DAYS to clear out the problem after that I got my car even they are not considering that my vehicle is only 10 months old and had done only 10300 kms they used to charge from me 7000.00 Rs. THIS IS UN FAIR THINK DELAYING MY VEHICLE ON SAME TIME FOR 34 DAYS AND SAME TIME PAYING HUGE AMOUNT WITH OUT ANY RESPONSIBILITY AND CONSIDERATION. Even after going many times to their showroom after they fix the problem .i am sure that Mr. PERUMAL and his team surely need good improvement for the future. PLEASE NEVER GO TO CONCORD MOTOTRS NETTOR KOCHIN TRY IT AT RF MOTORS IT WORKS BETTER!!!
