Regular misbehaviour, mishandling of the baggage and providing information continuously

This has been a agonising experience with this airlines. The regular misbehavior shown by the officials of this company has led to a mental agony and financial loss for me and my family.
It is thirteenth day today since I have arrived in India and still waiting to collect one of the baggages. Always their officials have been misleading us and providing wrong information. Airline official discordially has been giving fluke informations like that the bag is with customs and we can not get it back.
Even after that he informed that you need to send some person authorizing him to collect the bag from the airport, that too with incomplete information about the required documents.
Even after sending the documents twice from Bangalore, the day (tme 11:30 PM on 20th January). Since in the afternoon officials told us that the bag is with them and the authorized person went to airport at 11:30 PM today but the airlines at the same time tells on phone that the bag cannot be claimed because the bag is not here and its been transffered to some other warehouse 5 days back, this was not informed in the afternoon time.
This is a sheer case of negligence of duties and disgusting attitude of the airlines officials towards a lady passenger with a two year old kid.
Requesting the officials to take this complaint seriously and take appropriate action against this airlines.
