Courier missing

My courier booked from Rewari (Haryana) on dated 21/06 for Roorkee (uttrakhand) but due to address not confirmed by delivery persons they send back to Rewari . when i come to know after 3-4 days that it has gone back, i started chase up . i called Delhi customer care, daruhera customer care and bangalore main head office customer care but no one give me exact location of that courier from where i can able to collect .i called so many times but no one giving me positive feedback. online tracking services also not showing exact location.By any how i contact with rewari DTDC person Mr kuldeep mobile no 09813685046. but he is also giving excuses on daily basis.

I am not able to get my courier till now.

Please help me to get my courier as its having important documents.
