Bad service

I had purcased a CDI part for my bike (suzuki fiero), but that was not working. So i went back for exchanging new. They ask me to come back again after some time. I done so, but again same statement from there. Now this is repeating from two months. Shame on this type of service. I haven't got my CDI part yet.
