Indian Railways launched their much hyped about portal for internet ticketing, but of what use.

The home page doesn't opens in day also, IRCTC website had problem in opening of tatkal time only, which is understable as there are so many hits at that time.

CRIS claims to have reduced the service charge to 50% of IRCTC service charge, but of what use, as who will want to lose his money on such naive built website, in comparison to the 7 year old system of IRCTC which guarantees to refund the money within 3 days, in case of failures.

The list of payment gateway has just one!!! SBI...

The User Interface is so unprofessionally buit, HP has done such shroddy work...
