Insurance clame of goods damages

Dear Sir, I had taken the services of cross cargo packers & movers to shift my house hold items from Delhi to! Paradeep & Delhi to Patna. I had aggreed to all the term & condition about the delivery of goods & payment.

The consignment from Delhi to Patna contained 30 items & i got the delivery of 29 items.

But the consignment that was booked for Delhi to paradeep contained 17 items, the delivery was promised that it will be delivered within 10day but it was delivered after a month, beside that all my goods was totally broken not even single item was left in one piece even my cloths were open to rain water.

As spoken to them several time about the damage nobody gave us the correct information that how this happened. I was told that send them the photograph & they will do the needfull for the clame.now its almost a month nobody is pickingup the phone nor answering to the mail. We had enquired about the insurance copy so that we can process for the clame, but there are not providing us the insurance copy also.

Pl help how to go about.
