Regarding availablity of parts at dealership

Dear Concerned,

This following mail is regarding the availability of the spare parts of my bike (Discover 100 cc).

Myself being an automobile service engg by profession own an Motor bike for my daily commuting but unfortunately I met with and accident a month back and have broken both my front indicators and I went to the service center for replacing the same, but the reply I got was there was no stock I understood that a bike having hundreds of parts one part was not available at that point of time. So I left the showroom as the dealer (Kalyani motors Bangalore) promised me to get the parts and give me a phone call awaiting and trusting their assurance returned back.

It is almost a month after several reminders the reply I have been getting is that the parts not available. I am now wondering whether Bajaj being a major market share holder in sales it very sad to see their after sales response. As you are aware I will not only be paying for the part but, I am also becoming a traffic offender, therefore consider this as the highest importance and I am waiting for immediate response.

Hope you will keep up to the customer expectations as I am still having hope In the company, or my last resort would be sell the bike without the Turn indicators and carry the bad experience and never turn back towards or refer Bajaj to any of Known friends.
