Not booking and not delivering cylinders timely

Dear Sir,

I customer no.10635 is very disappointed and unsatisfied with the services of Swatantra Gas Agency Kanpur. They are not booking our cylinder and also not delivering them at time. So i kindly request you to please take some action against this.
