Un authorised charge

Dear sir,

In my 2nd servicing of my wagon r it should be free in all aspect, but they charge Rs.20.oo (twenty).for mislinious charge.i have bill of that. 2nd the man who notes the complain in the card he also add another complain from his own after signing the card by the owner, and saying the costemer that you only do the complain. though its not the fact. i have got the bill of that also . so please look into the matter please.
