Worst service ever- delayed and no response to customers

Dear Forum,

I need help in the problem I am going to state below, the same is faced by lot of people in our city.

Desai co is a dealer for Bharat gas and they have their office in Lamington road, near Nehru Ground, Hubli. Past two years we are facing lot of problem due to these people.

Their booking phone lines are always ringing, there is no response.

Gas being the basic necessity, we cant imagine a day without it.

We visited the office personally so as to see what is wrong, the staff are seen taking a break at 12pm and do not get back to the desk till 3pm.

People shout at them but it makes no difference to them at all. Even in the office we saw the phones were ringing on and on, and they are deaf to hear it.

I don't understand how companies work in this way. We have also seen these people selling the gas cylinders to others at double rates.

Please help us out with this situation.
