Delay in delivery of Classic 350CC

Hi,

This is Deepak Chavan from Pune, I booked Royal Enfield Classic 350cc Bike on 5th Dec. dealer commited that he will give me bike on 13th Feb. 2010 but he did not & today is 14/04/10 and still he is not giving me bike, whenever i called him, he said that he is not able to deliver a bike now.

I just don't understand what is the exact problem, is there any problem from company production or dealer is lying.
