Hi,

I am Dipesh Sancheti from Pune I just got my classic 500 motorcycle serviced from Dhone automobiles, market yard .this was my first free service.they charged me Rs. 900 for oil and oil filter.when I demanded invoice he said I'll have to pay 90 more .i was ready to pay, he handed me an invoice of 900 12.50% =990, which I found wrong as 900 vat comes to Rs.1012.50.

However when I asked him the details he said oil mrp is 360 per litre* 2.5 ltrs Rs .90 for filter comes to Rs.990.

When I asked for clarification he argued rudely to me saying go and meet the owner as we are obeying his orders.

This is not expected from a service centre of a automobile company so old and reputed whom we trust and fetch a handsome 1.60lacs to buy a bike.
