Stearing oil seal leakage

We have purchased a tata magic on OCT TN69AB 4773 and we went for the first service in tuticorin but they have told that today lot of vehicle is there next weak please bring the vehicle and we have did the service out side. But now we have the stearing oil seal leakage and we went for the service the service man told that this will not come in waranty you want to spent rs 2500 for that service. The service for tata magic is worst in tuticorin .if this is happening the sales of tata magic will be the loose
