Shipment lost and not reimbursement

I have given my shipment to deliver to porbandar, saurashtra on 5th july from ahmedabad through AFL Currier services which is yet not delivered which you can see even in their site with my shipment number: 114461909085 and their url is: http://www.afl.co.in/wiz/jsp/index.jsp and when asked they told that it is lost but you will be getting reimbursed for your shipment for last 1.5 months. But whenever ask regarding this, they told it is under process.
