Bad service

I had a very bad experience with M/s AFL, one of my supplier book the consignment against AWb no - 114592450195 on 04/06/10, but today we are on 08/06/10, but still no body in your dehli office knows that where the shipment is presently..I talked with Sangeeta, sandeep many times since last these 3 days & no body inform me about my shipment..

More then shipment charges, i invested more in mobile phone bill to follow up for shipment.

I was personally harrased from AFL this type of miscommunication & lack of coordination between there regional offices..

Next time i should not prefer anybody to toke service of AFL... AFL is not customer oriented courier.
