Not Satisfied with the service

We are not satisfied with the service given by the TCS salija & sons. They are not providing the service which the customer need. In December we have taken the Discover bike three times but the problem occur same. First problem is from Engine oil is coming out they have done repair engine problem arise again. Secondly the sound in gear box problem does not gone. We have given bike for service on 26/12 and bike was given on 29/12 but they have not done service correctly spark plug is coming out after every kick when bike is started. pls tell what shall i do?
