GAS CYLINDER NOT DELIVERED

I booked the gas on 28th June online and the booking reference was 348477.

On 2nd July I got a message against my booking that cash memo 12876 is generated and the cylinder will be delivered shortly.

But on 17th July I received one more message that the booking against the reference 348477 is cancelled. No reason is assigned for cancellation, that too after generating a cash voucher.

This has happened couple of times in the past also.

Please take necessary action on this defaulter. The SMS copies are as below.
