Non delivey gas in time

Sir i am a indane domestic consumer of your perfect indane distributer, barasat, hatkhola north 24pgs, kolkata 700124.my consumer no. 1844, t.no.42399660001069.but sorry to say that i want to lodge complain against your perfect indane distributor, barasat.they did not service gas cylinder in time.last month i have booked for gas refill order no.293351 dated 18.03.2012.but they did not supply.next i have booked gas refill order no. 306694 dated 21.04.2012 through telephone and i have got a message dated 10.05.2012 at 2.39pm that i will get gas shortly.but till date they did not supply to me.kindly take this action.
