Non delivery of my urgent document

Sir...

i have a consignment which is sent from gurgaon branch to kerala on 9th feb.bt i dnt get it yet.i contact almost all dtdc branches in india..bt nobody helped me.someone said that they missed a luggage from delhi airport.

it is my original passport and already two times i postponed my airticket..

sir..i need my parcel..plz help me..
