Non delivery of the consignment

The DTDC is a fraud. They do not deliverd the consignment but they stole it. My sister had send the consignment from Pune to mumbai on 10th march (AWB P12266653). It was reached mumbai at goregaon (Dindoshi) on 11th March but still i have not received it. These people are not responding on the phone calls as well. Just taking the adress again & again and saying that we will forward this today. I strongly beleive that these peoples had pilfered my consignment.& i want the compensation for it. Pls take a legal action against these company as they don't even bother to give the status.
