DTDC Courier
Non Receipt of courier even in 7 days

My courier started from Kanpur on 22nd sept and today is 29th sept. I havent received it yet. That courier had my fee draft and in DTDC everyone is passing the blame to other and since 2 days assuring me it will reach today. They are least sensitive to consumers urgency, today was the last day of fee payment and I will have to pay a fine of Rs 5000/per day because of their neglect.
