Unjustified Price of Service

On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, courier service of this company is charging excessively high prices under the name of urgent delivery or their so called plus services. They are not accepting the delivery of product under their normal service at all, even if the customer has placed the order 3-5 days before the due date (i.e. Raksha Bandhan). On protesting they claimed to have a similar pattern of services throughout the country. However, it is clearly not so.
