Parcel not received

My consignment no A18361364 sent from rajkot on 11th june to chennai, still not received until 12th july; contains parcel of my referred books,

when contacted customer care of chennai, they refered as the parcel not received in the manifest # as mentioned in tracking system

customer care of ahmedabad referred, the parcel is sent in surface it will take 10 days, after 10 days, they referred that parcel is reached chennai, but ppl in chennai dtdc office not received.

I dont know what to do now, every i am calling customer care of ahmedabad & chennai, whenever they heared this consigment no, immediately they terminate my call, i was feud up in following these ppl.
