Late distribution of cylinders

I have a gas connection with Dwarka Indane Services, K- 1/4, Rajapuri, Sector 5 Dwarka, New Delhi - 59, Dist Code 91-07-569.(Tel Nos.011-25343187, 25343457). My customer ID is 12294.My tel no/ mob nos are 01145563274, 9810908558. I had bookrd the gas cylinder on 30th of Dec and have not recd it as yet today being 19th Jan. I must have contacted them at a dozen times and the reply is the same - that it will be put tomorrow. This is not the first time that this harrassment has taken place. Once in every two -three months this situation arises. I would be grateful if this complaint is looked into urgently. The gas cylinder is a very essential commodity of everyday use and such lapses in its delivery causes havoc in the house. I am a very senior retired army officer/ a senior citizen and it is difficult for me to personally go to the indane office everytime such a situation arises.
