Misbehaviour of Booking Clerk

I was purchasing the Rly Reservation Ticket for Bokaro Steel City From Gaya Jn in A/C Chair Car Berth but Clerk had issued the ticket for Ranchi JN in general compartment but when I showed him his mistake, he did give rude reply & misbehaved me in spite of getting correction, but lastly few Rly authority suggested him to get the correction. Then he did issue another ticket after cancelling previous ticket without waiving cancellation charges. Now I am feeling so much disgusted with his inhumane behaviour. PLS oblige me to penalise him.
