LATE START OF TRAIN WITHOUT INTIMATION

Dear Sir,

Today Morning at 5.50 am I have taken to tickets to go to Rayagada in SAMATHA EXPRESS Starting from Visakhapatnam to Nizamuddin. Actual departure time of the Train was 6:20 Am. In display boards the same they are displaying and platform number was not displayed. At 6:05 Am one announcement came from the enquiry that Samatha Express is coming to Platform number 1 and after that after just 5 minutes again they made a announcement that due to operational conditions the Samatha Express will be starting by 14:00 hours in the afternoon. In ticket counters no body has informed or announced or displayed about the delayed start of the train. You just imagine the Passenger with their families and children how they troubled due to your staff. I am not able to understand that the departure of the train was 6:20 am, upto 6:10am your people dont know whether the train will start in right time or not. I have made a written complaint in the station, complaint no: 0117566, and my ticket numbers are a-18812063 and 18812064 dt: 10/01. I am requesting you to take serious action against the concerned staff.
