Trains coaches not cleaned

Berhampur - Bhadrak DMU Trains Coaches are not cleaning. When the passengers asking to Station Master he immediately answers complaint to Station Manager. Station Manager never stays his chamber.and when telephones to Managers office it never picking up. In Berhampur station which waters suppling to platform that is good. Railway Authority should give attention for cleaning up the coaches and supplying water should check.
