No e-ticket has been issued on 11.4.10 after payment from ITZ cash Card No. PSAK500034550023

I have paid rs.682/ from my ITZ cash Card No PSAK 500034550023 for tatkal Rly. ticket on 11.4.10. Cash balance shows that the amount has been deducted from my card. But no Rly. Tkt. has been issued for print out, which causes loss of a huge amount and bad reputation of my company. Pl. Note that no PNR No. and transaction ID has been shown. The date of journey being on 13.4.10 the matter may kindlly be treated as EXTREMELY URGENT.
