Poor Service Easy Ca

Hi,

Had a very bad experience with Easy Cab. Booked a cab 2 hrs in advance and got a call from Driver saying that he is coming to the pick up point. And after that when i am trying to call the driver he is not picking up the call. When i called customer service center..they informed that the cab has to be cancelled as no other drivers are available at present.

It was very poor service. Please don't rely completely on Easy cab and have alternative ready.
